The 75% balance is due before your trip — by default we auto-charge your card 24 hours before trip start (Pacific Time). You can opt out below to pay cash, e-transfer, or card on arrival instead.
You may pay your balance early any time from your account
Cancel 72+ hours before trip → full refund (deposit + any balance paid)
Cancel 24–72 hours before trip → deposit forfeit; balance not yet charged is waived
Cancel under 24 hours before trip or no-show → full charge applies (no refund)
If Captain Pat cancels (weather, illness, mechanical) → full refund
